Coming from Munich-Salzburg along the Tauernautobahn (A 10), you exit the motorway at
Feistritz-Paternion. From there you drive along the Windisch Heights (a winding road!) direction
Hermagor. You drive through Hermagor direction Nassfeld-Kotschach. After some 8km you turn right towards Nassfeld Pass/Skiarena Nassfeld and drive along the mountain road for some 12km until you reach sign Sonnenalpe Nassfeld, after which you take first right into the Schlossweg road. There, after some 400m, you will find our cottage on left side of the road, between first and second tunnels that run under ski pistes.
If you are coming from Vienna, over the Suedautobahn (A2), you take direction Italy until the
Hermagor exit, and some 30km after you drive through Hermagor taking direction
Nassfeld-Kotschach. After some 8 km take a right turn direction Nassfeld Pass/Skiarena Nassfeld
and drive along the mountain road for some 12 km until you reach sign Sonnenalpe Nassfled after which
you take first right into the Schlossweg road. There, after some 400m, you will find our cottage
on the left side of the road, between first and second tunnels that run under the ski piste.
When you come from Munich-Innsbruck via Woergl, Kitzbuehel, Felbertauerntunnel, Lienz,
Gailberg, Kotschach, Mauthen, you follow the road direction Hermagor/Villach.
After the village Jenig turn left towards Nassfeld Pass/Skiarena Nassfeld, and then follow the mountain road for some 12km until you reach sign Sonnenalpe Nassfled after which you take first right into the Schlossweg road. There, after some 400m, you will find our cottage on the left side of the road, between first and second tunnels that run under the ski piste.
